Draft and submit official comments through our platform. We format and send them to the city clerk before deadlines, and they become part of the official record.
What are "Light AI Enhancements"?

What kind of documents can I access?
Active Civic includes agendas and staff reports. Power User adds meeting minutes, bookmarks, major developments, staff directions, and city financials during and after your launch trial.
AI Research Assistant (ARIA)
What's the difference between AI summaries and ARIA?
AI summaries are included with all plans — they help you quickly understand agenda items. ARIA is a full research assistant (Intelligence tier only) that can answer open-ended questions, search across years of documents, and build comprehensive dossiers.
What can ARIA do?
ARIA can answer questions like "How has Councilmember X voted on housing issues over the past 3 years?" or "What's the full history of the Fountain Ave project?" — sweeping across agendas, minutes, staff reports, and disclosures.
How does ARIA token usage work?
Civic Intelligence includes 500,000 tokens/month (~150 research queries). If you need more, overages are billed at $0.10 per 1,000 tokens. Most users never hit the limit.
What if I run out of ARIA tokens?
For Intelligence tier, you can continue using ARIA with overage billing. All other features (AI summaries, Light AI enhancements, document access) continue working regardless of token usage.
